Chefs Pruek and Namchuem from RawMat revisit the Thai crepe according to the French
tradition of « crepes on the seaside ». They show us a version of crepes that is thinner than Thai crepes and can be filled with any ingredient to make a simple, comforting dish to eat sitting down or in take-away.
